Ceramic buttons are buttons with various excellent characteristics, including high wear resistance, weather resistance, resistance to organic and inorganic cleaning agents, and beautiful decorative effects. The main materials for making ceramic buttons are zirconia and ceramic powder, which are produced through specific processes. This material has good heat resistance, high hardness, environmental protection and compression resistance, as well as high strength and toughness at room temperature, good wear resistance, high temperature and corrosion resistance, high hardness, high brightness and other characteristics. At 1000 ℃, the strength and hardness of zirconia ceramic buttons remain almost unchanged, with a density of 8.00g/cm3, which can maintain their original shape for a long time at room temperature without change.
The production process of ceramic buttons requires the preparation of powders with high purity, good dispersibility, ultrafine particles, and narrow particle size distribution. The preparation methods of zirconia ultrafine powder are diverse, including chlorination thermal decomposition, alkali metal oxidation decomposition, lime melting, plasma arc, precipitation, colloid, hydrolysis, spray pyrolysis, etc. Powder processing methods include coprecipitation, sol gel, evaporation, supercritical synthesis, microemulsion, hydrothermal synthesis and vapor deposition. In the process of mixing and selecting materials, it is necessary to mix them in a ratio of 1:5, calcine them at a high temperature of 2000 ℃ to form embryos, cool them down and polish them initially, then return them to the furnace for further calcination and shaping, and finally integrate other processes.
